Program Manager – Redmond

CDI is looking for a Program Manager to join our team.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would be a college graduate with 2+ years of cell site real estate experience inclusive of the leasing process and lease administration.

Preferably with an understanding of MLA relationships with tower companies and carriers.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to multi-task with grace.

Conversant with all MS Office programs.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to work independently to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for one or more small to large project(s) using the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or appropriate IT methodology.

The key focus of this position is project planning, estimating, solutioning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, monitoring, evaluating and directing project activities throughout the lifecycle, including project requirements, design, development, test and implementation.

Will also manage all project budget, scheduling, status, issues, change management, risks, jeopardies and escalations.

May assist in securing of funding and be involved in recommending business solutions/alternatives for projects. Also responsible for project management and integration of IT solutions into business process designs and may participate in the development of test cases that match user requirements.

May work with client organizations and serve as the liaison in the planning and implementation of assigned projects.
